NLSC meets on Monday and Thursday evenings, fencing between 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Our training sessions are designed to improve all our members fencing ability.
To achieve your maximum potential as a sabre fencer you need to understand and develop your technical ability,
fighting skills and tactical knowledge together with the physical fitness to perform in competition.

• Warm-up and flexibility training
• Footwork
• Group coaching: pairs and skills exercises
• Individual lessons
• Free fencing

Fees for Training Sessions are as follows:

Mondays AND Thursdays - £35/month for Senior Members, £30/month for Junior Members
Thursdays only - £26/month for Senior Members, £22/month for Junior Members
Visitors fees are £10/session (First visit free)
